Matthew, perhaps if the kitchen staff were more organized in their cooking the hashbrowns that my order was waiting on for 20 minutes, they would have been done at the same time. In all, I watched SEVERAL customers come in AFTER me and have half of their food eaten by the time I got my to go order. Nice try.. I am seriously one of the most patient people ever.
